30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with GhostSub for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@ghostsub.cloud with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address linked to your account. We process all refunds within 3–5 business days.
Renewals
If you forget to cancel before your renewal date and are charged, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it. We only do this once per customer.
Partial Refunds
For yearly plans, if you cancel after 30 days, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining period. You will retain access until the end of your billing year.
