1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GhostSub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GhostSub is a subscription tracking service that sends WhatsApp or SMS alerts before your recurring subscriptions renew. We do not have access to your bank accounts or payment methods.
3. Account
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription and Billing
GhostSub offers a free tier and paid plans (monthly and yearly). Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time via the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. WhatsApp / SMS Alerts
By providing your phone number and verifying it, you consent to receive WhatsApp or SMS messages from GhostSub. Standard carrier rates may apply. You can disable alerts at any time in Settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
GhostSub is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed alerts due to network failures, incorrect data entered by you, or any financial loss resulting from a subscription charge. Always verify renewal dates directly with your subscription providers.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
